How to cook Traditional Rice?

1. In traditional rice cooking, it's recommended to use for one cup of rice, same 5 cups of water while cooking, 1:5 ratio.

2. Soak the raw KEM Fresh's Thooyamalli rice in water for about 45 minutes before cooking

3. Rinse and wash it well before cooking

4. Recommended to cook the rice in traditional way, using an open vessel in boiling water. Add the washed rice when the water reaches the rolling boiling point

5. Stir in between while cooking and until little over half cooked, check by taking one or two cooked rice grains and pressing them (80% cooked rice)

6. Stop heating and further cooking, the heat from the boiled water will make the rice fully cooked

7. Strain the piping hot water from cooked rice carefully using a colander or the traditional way

8. Serve hot and enjoy the high nutrition KEM Fresh’s rice with dish of your choice
